Stay in the Know!

Your neighborhood chair has the responsibility of sending out emails and communications to you from the City that would be interest to you.  The Neighborhood Program would like to join efforts with the Mayor in relieving some of the email and notification responsibilities for Neighborhood Chairs. The City currently sends emails once or twice a month to residents who subscribe to the City email list.   The City email is a way for the City to communicate to residents for late developing issues and emergencies.

For that reason, I recommend that all residents sign up for city emails. To sign up, click on http://provo.org/mayorcurtis.signupforemails.html,  and enter your email address. The addresses will only be used for communications from the city and you can opt out anytime.

About once a month, we will send subscribers an email with updates, meeting cancellations, and other news that has developed since the newsletter was prepared. We keep it short with links to more information. We also try to keep it interesting.

There may be some overlap between the City email and what the neighborhood program sends, but it will also help fill the gap between the two and eventually we hope to minimize duplication as much as possible and give you options of signing up for different categories of information.
