Lion's Park Improvements


We will be having one more project at Lion's Park to place soil around the recently poured pathway, place mulch around trees in the park, and do other work on Saturday, May 12th from 11-1. Please spread the word. 

Tools will be provided, but you may want to bring a pair of gloves, and you are welcome to bring shovels and wheelbarrows, and if anyone can bring an edger that would be great. 

This project will put the final touches on the park AND helps us match the final $5000 grant our neighborhood received to pay for the concrete and other materials for the improvements.

I hope you are enjoying the park and its improvements. Projects like this put the “unity” in “community”!
